Brush Country Webinars are educational and informative videos meant to provide honest reviews and provide specs on the items listed. At the end of the webinar video one lucky participant is selected to receive the product we are reviewing.
Federal Law mandates that our items may only be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer. The dealer will ensure that you are legally allowed to purchase the gun under all Federal, State and Local Laws before completing the gun transfer. Most dealers charge a fee for this service that is NOT included in your transaction and is to be paid to the FFL Dealer at the time of transfer. If applicable, the FFL Dealer may also reserve the right to charge Sales Tax on your purchase total as well as the transfer fee. Please make sure you discuss any additional terms and conditions they may have.

You will receive an email from us explaining the process. No worries, we will walk you through the steps and answer any questions you might have. If the webinar was a firearm, we will need your FFL’s contact information and a copy of their license.
Absolutely NOT! We can only ship to the name of the person who participated in the Webinar.
A Federal Firearms License (FFL) is a legal permit issued by the ATF in the United States that authorizes individuals or businesses to engage in the manufacture, importation, or dealing of firearms and ammunition.
Once the Webinar Seats have been sold emails with be sent to the participants notifying them of the time and date of the live Webinar. Recipients will be awarded during the end of the video. Videos will be posted to the site for viewing and the recipient will be notified by email.

It is important to note that ALL firearms must be shipped to a federal firearms license (FFL) dealer. If you do not already have one we will gladly help you locate one.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will incur additional charges at the customers expense.
No. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL per ATF regulations. If your item is a non-firearm item it will be shipped to the address you provide. Please make sure that they will deliver to the address you provide.
No. All Webinar Seats & Awards are Final. No Refunds or Returns.
We typically ship 7-14 working days after a completed webinar. This is contingent on us having your FFL info.
